Service Description

Physical therapy is about improving your quality of life through therapeutic exercises, hands-on care and patient education. You will receive a treatment plan based on a thorough examination designed to improve your ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disease. Discovery Visit: 30 minutes / Free. Initial Evaluation: 75 minutes / $75. Regular Session (for returning clients): 60 minutes / Price TBD by treatment. *Please book your service as 1 hour, regardless of the duration * We offer 3 levels of service to address your needs: Discovery Visit A Discovery Visit is a complimentary 30-minute session that gives us a chance to get to know each other better. It gives the you an opportunity to check out the space, inquire how therapy will look , and address any questions. It gives us an opportunity to listen to your concerns, challenges and story. And most importantly ensures you feel comfortable in what we can provide in helping to accomplish your goals. Initial Evaluation An Initial Evaluation answers all the questions of a Discovery Visit and continues with a thorough assessment of the client's specific reason for the visit, treatment as needed, and a basic home exercise plan. After the evaluation a plan of care is discussed that addresses the diagnosis/findings, and goals for treatment. We allot 75-90 minutes for a thorough evaluation and discussion. Regular Session A Regular Session is 60 minutes, working one-to-one with your therapist. During your visit we check on the progress of your condition, review and modify exercises, provide treatment as needed, and adjust the plan according to your unique situation. That means depending on how you are responding to therapy we may progress/regress/eliminate exercises, or spend more time with other Specialized Therapies that will compliment your care. Each session is tailored to YOUR specific needs as you need them. Includes Specialized Therapy as Needed

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are subject to being charged the full session price.
