Full access to your Physical Therapist through a patient portal to get your questions answered fast. Treatment table and fitness equipment brought to your home each session Ability to take Health Savings Account payments, all major credit cards, cash or checks Fewer overall sessions required to meet your goals and live your best life. Home or office Initial Evaluation: 75 minutes / $125. Home or office session (for returning clients): 60 min or 90 min / Customized Price.
